Happy new year! One of the little joys of a new year is looking back at all the movies of the previous year, let's start with the good.

The best movies of 2019 (currently) are Portrait of a Lady on Fire, Apollo 11, 1917, Parasite, Marriage Story, The Lighthouse, Sorry We Missed You, and Little Women. Just like last year, I've still got to watch three of these. Looking forward to it!

The worst movies of 2019 (currently) are The Hustle, The Silence, Anna, and Polar. This year I managed to avoid all of these. I still gave several movies the benefit of the doubt and ended up watching some bad movies, like All the Gods in the Sky and Stuber.
