It’s thought-provoking, ambitious and brave. It’s sad and horrifying to watch. The way he makes his film is almost like having a mirror reflection on something that can appear in our worst nightmares. Review
It is exceptionally expressive and clear in what it tries to convey, which I am sure you will also find so beautifully moving. Review
The Miseducation of Cameron Post is a well-narrated drama that talks about the young generation being misunderstood by the society, who labels them as a sinner for their same-sex interest. Review
Coda is a very inspiring film about one individual who chooses the music as his companion throughout his whole life. Review
The exceptional music composed by Kim Tae-seong or dark and visually stunning cinematography by Kim Woo-hyung, the movie transports the audience right to the heart of June Democracy movement, giving details that will cause goosebumps. Review
The Witch in the Window has an interesting concept towards the end which makes it more twisted than ever. And that’s the best part of it, of course. Review
The best thing about “What Keeps You Alive” is how the filmmaker/director distances his film from the general concept of horror cinema and adds more art and creativity to it, making it absolutely unique and somewhat impossible to digest. Review
The Dark is a light horror film about searching of the soul when there isn’t. However, it misses an emotional part and some questions are left unanswered. Review
The Vanished is a suspenseful crime thriller where the cat and mouse chase begins between the detective, husband, and the vanished body. Review
Neomanila is a fine action drama from Philippines that does not mind opening up the wounds of the country through the silver screen and digs deep into corruption, vulnerability of minority and the ease the same government feels when it comes to sentencing people they don’t like to death without proper trial or verdict. Review
Mission Impossible – Fallout is an outstanding action thriller that has everything to offer to even the most indifferent viewer. Review
The concept touched upon in “Generation Wealth” is universal and happens all over the world, but the unique touch of Lauren Greenfield helps the film to portray the reality of a blunt world. It’s thought-provoking and unsettling in the way it was intended. Review
The main issue of the film is its writing that made no sense; to understand that clearly and be as objective as possible, I had to view the film twice to be clear about it. Review
Violence Voyager, technically, is an outstanding piece of art completely created on cardboard cutouts. It delivers a unique and refreshing experience to quite a complicated storyline. Review
Destiny: The Tale of Kamakura is an absolutely beautiful and moving film that promotes kindness, generosity and love. Review
Madeline Brewer’s absolutely chilling and terrifyingly convincing performance will get under your skin. Review
It will warm your heart, no matter how cold it might be outdoors. Review
Kasane – Beauty and Fate is an exceptional psycological thriller where the fight of ugliness and talent will have to meet in an equal battle. Review
Luz is an excellent horror movie revolving around character-study. It’s atmospheric, dark and intelligent. Review
The Outlaws is grim, gruesome and not for the faint-hearted. Certain scenes are not that easy to digest, if someone has enough courage to watch them with their eyes open. Review
Don’t Worry He Won’t Get Far on Foot is a well-balanced, emotionally charged biopic that never tries to manipulate the viewer’s feelings. Inspiring and important piece, there is always something for any type of audience to learn from Callahan’s story, but more importantly that life does not end when there’s no hope. Review
The crazy atmosphere and non-stop entertainment will make your day. Review
Joko Anwar creates a dark atmosphere for his film with some impressive photography, delivers the right mood so the viewer can get freaked out every time something scary happens in the film. Review
Summer of 84 is a perfect mystery film with elements of drama and even horror. Review
