Stylish and suitably disorientating, if somewhat predictable, this low budget high concept feature makes the most of what it’s got. Review

While it never quite reaches the heights of Spiderverse, TMNT cements the fact that we’re living in a golden age of superhero animation. Review

The Equalizer 3 does feel like a little bit of a low rent version of the original, but the savagery of the violence and the gorgeous Italian setting go a long way to skipping over the budgetary constraints. Review

Margot Robbie is fantastic as Barbie, and the film features a winning turn from Ryan Gosling, but it is an overly crowded film that loses its message in a muddled third act that never lives up to its potential. Review

Horrific CGI, a plot that makes little sense, and a deeply unsatisfying conclusion, all delivered only a couple of weeks after one of the greatest superhero movies of all time, makes for another disappointing DC adventure. Review

Elemental has a pretty poor mcguffin, and a bare bones message delivered without nuance, but the visuals and the heartwarming romance make this one to watch. Review

Bland, boring and completely devoid of redeeming features, this undoubtedly expensive cash grab can be summarily defined by its sequence of cameos: redundant, boring, nonsensical and completely without chemistry or believability. Review

Allelujah is a completely baffling exercise; blowing up an otherwise poorly constructed and disinteresting light ensemble comedy set amidst a geriatric ward by veering hard into serial killer territory, before breaking the fourth wall in a dumbfounding piece of propaganda. Review

John Wick: Chapter 4 is definitely more in the vein of 2 and Parabellum than it is the first, franchise making movie. But it ups those two comparators easily; delivering a fitting end to the franchise that is brutal, bloody, and OTT, while continuing to push the boundaries when it comes to action in movies. Review
