Er wordt goed geacteerd door de hele cast, maar zeker door het centrale trio. De personages worden heel mooi uitgewerkt en de soundtrack is er eentje om duimen en vingers bij af te likken (althans voor de metalfans), maar bovenal krijgen we een mooi en origineel verhaaltje over vriendschap en prille liefde, met de muziek van Metallica en Judas Priest op de achtergrond.
