This is such a colorful and joyful film with so many references to the seventies and particularly Kung Fu movies of the era. Review
Honestly, if you love Westerns, you need to watch this movie. Ignore all your politics, all your prejudices, and watch it as a movie-lover. Because, it’s a movie you should love. Review
Look, I may sound like I didn’t like this movie, and that isn’t true, for the most part. I appreciated the effects and action sequences and the rare times where dinosaurs were shown amongst us. Review
In the end, you may find yourself really surprised how much you love this little independent film . . . I know I was floored by its impact. Review
It’s a love letter for Generation X, and to be honest, maybe a little better than the original. Review
Operation Mincemeat is perfect for anyone who loves spy films, who loves World War II films, and wants to know what it truly (ha ha) takes to win a war. Review
This is a solid entrance into a heavily saturated MCU that I would definitely see again. I highly recommend seeing it in theaters too, as the effects and brilliant color-scape deserve to be appreciated in their full glory – or should I say, gory? Review
If you love metal music, and if you love coming-of-age teen comedies, you’ll get a kick out of Metal Lords. Review
And like I said earlier, you may think you know this story, but you don’t. And you will never forget how everything plays out in the end. That’s what will make it an iconic film. Review
I do hope to see Bullock and Tatum in more stuff, though, because they have this odd connective tissue going for them that could really work nicely in the right movie. The Lost City was a good start, and maybe we will get a superior sequel from this pair... Review
The Batman checks off all the boxes of what a Batman film should be! It has riddles, fisticuffs, “wonderful toys,” the Batmobile, Catwoman, and a few bonuses too. Review
I wanted to see a movie about a soccer mom madam, and that is exactly what I got. If you are looking for that too, you know what to do! Review
If you love cats and appreciate art or just the struggle of life and how some of the worst pain produces profound moments, The Electrical Life of Louis Wain is something you won’t want to miss. Review
It’s a living tapestry of imagination that touches on international diplomatic intrigue, war, politics, love, hate, but in the end it all comes down to the one element that always makes for a terrific story, family. Review
Even if you have never watched even one episode of the groundbreaking series, you will be entertained. Review
If you have followed me for any amount of time, you know MY only agenda is to be enter-fucking-tained. And Camp Dread was damned entertaining! Review
I loved that the fights were all important and not just tossed in to provide gratuitous gratification. And the fight choreography was on par with classic Martial Arts movies. There was a kind of balance to each one. Review
The movie kept me engaged and interested in most of the characters. If you are looking for an exciting, somewhat humorous origin mystery movie, Cruella is a perfect fit! Review
This is just a clever action thriller that has enough twists to keep it engaging. Review
Great sets, cinematography, costumes, stunts, action, comedy, balls, dick jokes, allusions to other great films. The list is long and distinguished. Review
If you are just looking to smile and laugh with the family, watch this one. Review
If you want to laugh, want to wince, and want an entertaining film to cheer you up and not make you dwell on anything too much, Benny Loves You is perfect. Review
With tons of shitball insane scenes and dialog, I will be stealing comebacks, one-liners, and insults from The Wrong Missy forever. Review
The Invisible Man was a convoluted mess of weak (and stupid) characters and probably the lamest script to come out of Blumhouse. Review
