What Earth and Blood does do is by no means bad, there are numerous creative and exciting action sequences that use the main setting of the film creatively. However, its lack of more detailed storytelling makes this action thriller over simplified which in turn leads to a rather unmemorable finished product. Review

The film plays out in a tired and uninteresting fashion, one that will struggle to hold viewers attention. It’s a real a shame as this rom-com sets up and builds on its narrative and character foundations strongly but this decision knocks this cinematic construction right back down to the ground. Review

So other than the amusing titular pun, Coffee and Kareem, is as unmemorable as they come. Whilst the cast give it their all their collective performance is simply not enough to make this Netflix film worth streaming. Review

Ultimately the documentary is at its best when it puts the spotlight on the incredibly talented individuals, whose passion for their work exudes out from them with ease and it’s in these moments that One Day at Disney has the greatest power to inspire. Review

The restrained style of storytelling with leave some viewers feeling that the film is lacking but those willing to stick with this twisted tale will be satisfied with how The Occupant develops. It could be argued that this thriller lacks a little flare but it does enough to deliver an involved and entertaining home viewing experience. Review

Whilst a moral conundrum leading to a dangerous dispute isn’t a particularly original concept, when its delivered as strongly as it is here this doesn’t matter. Its unique angle thanks to the specific nature of its characters and the fantastic setting help to create an enthralling action thriller with ethical undertones that will effortlessly entertain its audience. To some The Platform will be viewed as a simple ninety minute horror flick whilst others will tap into the social commentary and range of characters more so. The beauty of this film is that it works for either type of audience but will be enjoyed most whilst viewing it from both perspectives. Review

Whilst running the risk of completely losing its audiences on multiple occasions The Hunt ultimately ends up being a wild ride of woke culture gone mad, it’s shocking and stupid but wildly entertaining. Review

The Invisible Man should delight horror fans, both casual and classic alike. It’s an impressive amalgamation of the best of Whannell’s work yet with a fresh feeling amongst a crowded genre. Review

The strength in the casts’ collective performance ensures that this fascinating narrative makes for much more of a convincing effort from Eastwood, far more in line with the expectations that a project with his name attached to it should bring. Review

Admittedly the weakest of the sequel trilogy, comparatively ‘The Rise of Skywalker’ might disappoint. However, coming in third place to its two excellent predecessors doesn’t make it a bad film, it is in fact far from this. Abrams ensures that the sequel trilogy is concluded in satisfying fashion delivering high stakes, entertaining action and interesting character developments. Review

Ordinary in many ways yes, but extraordinary in so many others this latest film from Lisa Barros D’Sa and Glenn Leyburn’s is a masterclass in the authentic storytelling of real, everyday people and it’s not to be missed. Review

Ultimately the direction and writing squander any chance of telling the potentially gripping narrative of ‘The Good Liar’ in a clear and coherent manner. The cast try their best to make the most of this muddled screenplay but even their solid performances can’t save the film from collapsing under the weight of it’s own poorly constructed conclusion.
