But like most of the films this week, it all sort of falls into absurdity – and none of that really brings anything new to the table.
I think the concept was probably more entertaining than the actual execution...
The potential found in the film was pretty decent, but it just didn’t follow that route.
One of the most unique love triangles in film history.
The plot is so unique, so different, that only one man could’ve written this film – Charlie Kaufman.
A superhero film that tries really hard to not be like a comic book and instead be more realistic and grungy.
A pretty decent cast, but without them playing roles that make any lasting impression...
Nothing about the dialogue really stands out all that much...
The characters are basically random victims during this alien threat, which makes it hard for you to really love them...
This is my favorite body snatchers film out of the ones I watched this week!
They did a pretty decent job at conveying the story they wanted to tell...
Whatever the case may be, this movie was not as funny as I remember it being.
I’ve seen it probably three different times at this point, and I’m glad I have, this movie is funny.
Literally a big vat of nothing for no reason other than to shoot for laughs...
Has some good moments, but it mostly feels out-of-place...
There really is something hysterical about this film, and I think it has something to do with how awkward it is.
Certainly feels adventurous even though they don’t really go anywhere...
There’s a lot of physical humor, action, and colors.
It’s cute and sometimes funny, and the graphics aren’t too terrible...
The sense of humor is super diverse so some may love it for its humor.
While it doesn’t have a massive competition, Hop might just be the best Easter movie that exists.
Almost halfway decent, the film didn’t really reach that level, mostly because of the terrible animation.
Did an okay job for the most part, but I did ultimately find it forgettable.
