Nu ik mij meer kon concentreren heb ik er zeker meer van genoten en is The Nun niet de dramatische horrorfilm die ik voor ogen had. Maar dat neemt niet weg dat ik de horrorfilm nog steeds niet kan bestempelen als een topper.

Het initiatief om van spookhuisfilm The Conjuring een heel universum te maken is sympathiek, maar dan moeten de films kwalitatief wel wat beter worden dan The Nun. Anderzijds, de tweede Annabelle (Annabelle: Creation uit 2017) was ook aanzienlijk beter dan de eerste, dus misschien verdient de non nog een kans. Read more
