Poitras orchestrates a well-made, easy to digest documentary that creates a certain contrast by having everything in the right place in opposition to the protagonist’s irreverence. Goldin proves to be a true experimenter and survivor of our world. Read more

It’s an interesting documentary, nicely bookending – with reality – the continuation of the fictionalised account in Dopesick. I could personally have done with a shorter film and one more focused on that topic. But I can see art lovers, especially photographic art lovers, reacting positively to this movie. Read more
