As I said, I found this to be most closely related to Booksmart and Polite Society: both favourites of mine. But it’s not as good (imho) as either of those. However, I still found it fresh, energetic and funny for a ribald comedy of this type. Read more

Bottoms provides gay-themed material aimed at teens with a level of insight that rarely rises above standard parody. It didn’t resonate with me, but at least the cast appears to have had a blast in this feminist celebration of love, youth, and friendship. Read more
