Avengers: Endgame is dan ook een weergaloos spektakel en evenals in de voorgaande films zijn zowel de verbluffende visuele effecten als de overtuigende CGI animaties adembenemend te noemen. Door het ingrijpende verloop van het verhaal zou de film duister en haast melancholisch kunnen zijn, maar de broers Russo wisselen spectaculaire actiemomenten af met komische fragmenten.
